White fleshy fruit, lively, pure and ripe.  Both at the level of the vines and at the level of the wines, our approach is to be very respectful of the environment, and demanding vis-à-vis the quality and the typicity of the wines. Our wines are appreciated for their freshness, their finesse and their minerality directly from the famous Kimmeridgian, unique subsoil of the Chablis vineyard.
